THE SPACE
PH 804 has everything you need to make your vacation a memorable experience. When you enter, you are visually greeted by a kitchen that is absolutely stunning. Granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with filtered water and icemaker, gas stove and oven, microwave and dish washer are all top of the line. The Italian designed cabinets hold all the glassware, dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils you'll need. There is an island in the kitchen with seating for three. It is well appointed with everything you need! Since we are the largest unit, we are able to accommodate 6 guests.
Each of the three bedrooms has its own air-conditioning unit. There is a main air-conditioner for the kitchen/dining/living room area.
The formal dining area has a custom made stainless steel table base with a glass top with seating for six. The base was so beautiful that the artist was contracted to make a matching side table and two coffee tables for the living room. The living room seating area is a great gathering place with an HDTV mounted on the wall. The large outdoor patio is one of the largest at D'Terrace. The expansive view can be enjoyed in the comfortable seats surrounding the beautiful patio table. The glass railing, only on the penthouse level, gives you the unobstructed views you expect!
